With our Contact Center, we have successfully integrated the application with three client systems that have been used, namely Active Directory, Mail Server (Exchange), and PABX. We can also work with system provider vendors if needed in the implementation process. In case of PABX, we have to change the analog PABX system to digital so that it can be used by Contact Center that are fully digitalized.
